Pallet Flower PlanterDear Playful Garden and Playful Digs Friends,

Have you ever wondered what to do with the wood pallets that seem to be so prevalent up here in wine country? The rage right now is to turn them into VERTICAL GARDEN PLANTERS! Find out about this–and a ton of other vertical garden ideas from author Susan Morrison. Her presentation (to be held in the Native Son’s parlor, above Playful Digs) TOMORROW, Saturday March 31 at 10:30 a.m. (enter on Coombs St. or come to Playful Digs first). An elevator is available for those who do not wish to climb stairs. A book signing will take place at Playful Digs following Susan’s presentation. (p.s. We also have pallet planters and several other kinds of vertical planters available for sale at Playful Digs!). If you wish, call 707-252-8882 to reserve a space, though it’s not necessary as we have plenty of chairs available and can always set up more–bring your friends!

Hope to see you soon!
